Pretty much so , not sure about Bacopa tho'

important would be to let light penetrate to bottom part of the plants or close to that , otherwise u will see plants "leggy" with no leaves at the bottom part

Ok so i restarted this aquarium. Changed the light from an 18w tube to a 26w energy saving one. And now im thinking of buying a pressurized co2 system. Do you think a 26w +co2 36l aquarium is a med-high tech?

And about the co2. Anyone ever tried a diy paintball co2 system?

It does slow a bit the flow but not by much. Is the q-320 the same with an overhead filter?

yes exectly the same. just smaller tank.  ive been playing around with the overhead. but i havent managed to reduce the pressure my much. i will try the sponge, as soon as i can. i worry it will make the pump noisy. we'll see.

the betta is also having trouble building a bubble nest, so ive thought of getting some floating plants.. maybe they will effect the surface tentiont, and create some calm areas for him to build a nest.
